  The time the oncologist spends with patience is short. Communication style is not the best (vague and distracted) and it doesn’t encourage discussion. Not easy to schedule or re-schedule appointments. Wait time per appointment is around 1 hour. Staff treats patience like they are doing you a favor, they don’t return phone calls and you need to harass them to get answers via email. And again, they handle patient’s matters like they are doing you a favor. It’s not a good experience. The nurse practitioners and nurses seem to be the only ones who care about their sick patients!

  Dr. Anne Favret was my oncologist for 10 years. From the day that I walked into Dr. Favret office and she accepted me as one of her patients I felt blessed. During my treatment with her there was never a time that she didn't take time with me to explain any of my concerns. She took me step by step to let me know what I could expect from my treatment, even how many days it would be until my hair started falling out. There was never a surprise to take me to a place I chose not to be.If I had to do it all over again, Dr. Favret would be the first doctor I would call. She is one of the best oncologists in Fairfax, Virginia. She took care of me so that I now can live my life to the fullest. A five star performance I would say. Linda Owens
