- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Hamilton performed an ACDF on me in Sept 2013. As a surgeon he was great, however he really needs to beef up his bedside manor. After my surgery not once did he stop by my hospital room to see how I was, he didn't even discharge me he had someone else do it. In addition, during my last visit with him I explained I was having some difficulty walking and my right leg was feeling heavy. He ignored these symptoms and said I would probably never be 100%. Well, it turns out after another full year of tests, MRIs, and going to Johns Hopkins, I have a lesion in my spinal fluid that is pressing against my spinal column causing cervical myelopathy. So, he blew me off and I spent another year getting a different diagnosis and an additional seven months in physical therapy learning to walk normal and maintain my balance.
