- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪A few years ago my left eye developed a big weiss ring in the center of my vision that never went away. Then I had cataract surgery in my hometown in PA. My right eye developed hundreds of floaters and I was told I had to live with it. Fortunately for me, I drove to VA and met Dr. Von Fricken. He performed a victrectomy on my right eye which completely resolved the problem A few months later I asked him to remove the weiss ring on my other eye and for the first time I have been able to see floater free and lost the weiss ring. My vision was so poor I considered stopping driving until something or someone could help me. I can't thank Dr. Von Fricken and his staff enough.
