  Run of the mill con artists. Spend two minutes with some young person who isn't Dr. Moses. She prescribes a medication that costs $1800 for one bottle. Gives me a coupon that doesn't work. Says to call if I have problems with the cost. I called. The young ladies said I had to wait several days for my insurance company to authorize the medication. I asked if this was a new concept or they just totally forgot to tell me about it. They said it wasn't new but couldn't speak clear enough English to give a good explanation. So I told my pharmacist what they said. Pharmacist said it is not an authorization issue. So I tried calling back to the office but they won't answer. So I have no medication and no responsiveness from the office. Which means I wasted all that time and money and got nothing for it. This is the office that Washingtonian dubbed the best in the DC region. If this is the best they can do, then God help us all. Screw Fairfax Dermatology. Don't waste your time and money.
