After been waiting for more than a month for a new patient appt. they first call me the day before to try to bring me at different time which would not work well for me for no clear reason… so i declined and then they called me later in the evening to cancel my appt stating the doctor was not in…. BS she just had a more profitable procedure and decided to get hid of me after been waiting for a long time for this appt. Guess what I won't come back if they treat a new patient like that I can just imagine a establish patient. No respect with people's time. by the way the receptionist that called the second time was rude and unprofessional. They never even tried to call me back on later time to try to reschedule the appt. unbelievable.May 05, 2017by sidney C
