  I had plastic surgery on 03/27/15 worst decision ever. My agreement with Dr. Hess was for a full tummy tuck, to include liposuction, instead of the procedure for which I paid. Dr. Hess disregarded my wishes, and performed a different procedure, leaving me with saggy skin and fat. . During after care sessions, outrageously, Dr. Hess never informed me of that fact even after the surgery, especially in light of my obvious dissatisfaction. The last time I met with Dr. Hess was in August 2015. During our meeting he showed no compassion for my pain. I found his lack of empathy unbelievable. I am informed that my current condition can only be remedied through another surgery—a full tummy tuck—which, given my present condition, will carry additional risks: there may be complications in the healing process, I may not fully heal at all, and I could end-up with a deformed belly button. And it will cost me $7,715.. Additionally, my contract states if for any reason I am dissatisfied with my results, he would remediate them. As of December 2015, Dr. Hess has yet to remediate his doing. I asked for my credit back and left several messages alone with certified letters. He ignored them all, I made peace with my decision and little by little I learned to accept what my mirror reflects. I left my mind and body in his hand for seven hours, trusting him to accomplish what we had discussed. In lieu he took my money and left me deformed,

  Worst Dr. ever! I won't recommend him even to my worst enemy! I had a mini tummy tuck and the results were horrible! I went back to him after a few weeks and complained he didn't care about anything! His attitude and the wait he treats his patients is just horrible! He told me that everything was going to be fine, and acted like is was just a small issue, but it's been a LONG time since I had this surgery and it's still looking the same! If not worse than I was before surgery! Please, please, PLEASE do your research before going with him because there MANY great doctors out there that love what they do and will give you the results you want because they care about you! Unlike Dr. Hess that only cares about money, the rest, F- - - them! I was very new in all this that I made the mistake to trust a person like him, and on top of everything he is very expensive!
